Meet Grace Nash!

​

Grace Nash brings a unique blend of extensive healthcare leadership and deep-rooted real estate knowledge to her role as a real estate agent. Born and raised in the Hampden and Newburgh area, Grace is a proud graduate of Hampden Academy and the University of Maine. For the past two decades, she practiced as a registered nurse, with much of her career spent in leadership positions, including nearly 12 years managing the Emergency Room at St. Joseph’s Hospital. During this time, she dedicated herself to growing, supporting, and mentoring both new and seasoned nurses and staff. Her commitment to integrity was recognized with the prestigious Mother Mary Angela Award for integrity shortly before she transitioned to real estate.

Grace's journey into real estate was influenced by her family's long history in the industry. Her mother, a well-respected Associate Broker, and her siblings, who have reputable construction businesses, provided her with invaluable insights and mentorship. She quickly moved from a new agent to an experienced one, driven by an impressive sales volume in her first year. Grace's natural progression into mentoring new agents stems from her extensive experience in nurturing and guiding professionals in high-stakes environments.

 

Her dedication and contributions were recognized this past winter when she received the Spirit/Mentor Award at the annual brokerage awards banquet for her exceptional work in helping new agents. Grace’s core values of honesty, strong work ethic, and passion are the foundation of her approach to real estate. She is committed to providing excellent service, treating each home sale or purchase with the same level of sensitivity and care she used with her most critical patients.

Grace's life outside of work is equally dynamic. She is an avid runner, having completed multiple marathons, including the Boston Marathon, which she has had the privilege to complete several times. Grace and her loving husband are raising their son in the community they cherish, and she is eager to share her knowledge and love for the area with her clients. 

 

With a childhood rich in outdoor adventures like camping, fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, and skiing, Grace uses this experience to guide clients to the right home in Maine.
